Workers Compensation California - Rates Rising

Workers Compensation in California is on the rise again. The biggest problem right now in California is a complete inability for the government and insurance companies to contain costs.

Believe it or not there are many ways that workers compensation in California could be fixed but unfortunately nobody cares what's in the best interest of the state. The government sells out to special interest and the insurance companies only want to make money any way they can.

Fortunately if you're a business owner there are options out there to help you lower your workers compensation rates.

Workers Compensation Rates in California are dictated by the WCIRB or Workers Compensation Insurance Ratings Bureau. They recently suggested a 24% rise in rates for business owners, luckily the insurance companies didn't implement the full amount.

They probably realized it would destroy businesses in California with outrageous workers compensation premiums.

At any rate, if you are serious about lowering your workers compensation rates, take a look up in the right hand corner of this site under free evaluation to find out more.
